1. The Service

Pacemetry provides motorsport analytics, live telemetry, news, and prediction features through its mobile apps and website (the "Service"). All statistics, odds, and historical data are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy or completeness of any track data or market probabilities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be deleted.

3. Accounts

You can create an account with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple or Google. You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in My Garage or at pacemetry.com/delete-account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pacemetry Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting your Pacemetry account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We do not receive or store your card details.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to scrape, mine, or extract data from our APIs or live feeds for commercial use without explicit authorization, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our backend systems, prediction algorithms, or user databases.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacemetry and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on our prediction market data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Pacemetry:

Account data

Your email address and a unique user ID. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address from them (with Apple, this may be a private relay address).

Date of birth

Required to confirm you are 18 or older.

Preferences and activity

Your favorite team and driver, watchlist, notification settings, and predictions you make.

Push notification tokens

A device token that lets us send the notifications you opt into.

Purchase data

Your subscription status and purchase receipts from the App Store or Google Play, processed through our subscription provider. We never receive your card details.

Advertising data

Our ad partner (Google AdMob in the apps, Google AdSense on the website) may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address, and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. On iOS, the advertising ID is only used if you allow tracking; in the EEA and UK, personalized ads are only shown with your consent.

Usage and device data

App and website usage, device type, operating system, and app version, collected through Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Analytics to understand and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to create and secure your account, verify your age, personalize the Service, send the notifications you choose, process subscriptions, show ads, analyze usage to improve Pacemetry, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We share information only with providers that operate the Service on our behalf:

Google Firebase

Authentication, database, push notifications, and analytics.

Google AdMob / AdSense

Advertising.

Apple and Google

Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and in-app purchases.

Adapty

Subscription management.

Vercel and DigitalOcean

Website and API hosting.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time in My Garage (app or website) or by following the instructions at pacemetry.com/delete-account; this permanently removes your account, profile, preferences, predictions, and notification tokens from our database. Data held by the providers above (for example analytics and advertising data) is retained under their own policies.

5. Your Rights

You can view and update your profile in My Garage. Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA or UK), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@pacemetry.com.

6. Children

Pacemetry is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
