Valtteri Bottas is a Finnish Formula 1 driver for the Cadillac F1 Team. Born on 28 August 1989 in Nastola, Finland, Bottas built one of the most consistent careers on the modern grid, becoming a five-time Constructors' Champion with Mercedes and holding the record for the most career points ever scored by a driver without winning a World Drivers' title.

Early Life and Junior Career

Bottas began karting as a child, finishing eighth at the 2005 Karting World Cup before moving into single-seaters. He won both the Formula Renault Eurocup and Formula Renault Northern European Cup titles in 2008, then stepped up to the F3 Euro Series in 2009, finishing third in the championship despite not winning a race.
